AI makes you faster and…

Collaboration with AI makes you faster for sure.

But does it make you faster AND better. Or just faster at making mistakes?

I think that’s up to you.

If you take the time to get to know the AI of your choosing you can be both faster and better.

But, without that investment of your time, you’ll just be faster and full of regret.

I love Copilot for making stuff. It’s fabulous. Sure, I have my list of feature requests, and I share it often with those who can make it happen. But it literally saves hours and hours just on the creation of Dataverse tables. Then add in the apps and flows it helps you with and <chef’s kiss>.

I’m still working on Copilot copilot. We don’t quite get each other. But I think we’re both trying. I expect good things as we both learn from each other.

I work well with ChatGPT for the random stuff. Review this PowerPoint. What do you think of this session abstract? Sometimes it gets a little clingy (I once told it that it was wrong about something, its response was an apology and “can we still be friends”)

For me, I think it goes down to when we first got access to the consumer side of LLMs. Copilot licensing was wonky then. ChatGPT was here, have this.

As always, it’s all about using the right tools for the right stuff.
